How to Find a Washing Machine Serial Number

For any top load washing machine from any brand, the location of the model/serial tag can vary depending on when the washer was made. Here are the places you should check:

• On the underside of the lid
• With the lid open on the rim around the tub opening (sometimes partially concealed by the lid at the back)
• The back of the washer, usually near the top
• The sides of the washer

For any front load washing machine from any brand, the location of the model/serial tag can vary depending on when the washer was made. Here are the places you should check:

• On the inside of the door
• Around the door frame or where the door meets the front wall of the washer
• On the exterior front, sides, or back

• Take the photo(s)
• Open your photos app and tap on the photo you want to send
  • To send multiple photos: long press on the first photo you want to send until a blue checkmark appears on that photo. Then tap on the other photos you want to send.
• Tap on the "share" button/icon (it looks like the image below but is usually blue)

• Click the Mail app icon to email the photo
• Type in [e-mail] as the "to" email address and add a descriptive subject line
